100% satisfaction is what we strive for. Your guard should fit perfectly and look great. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of your guard please contact us so we may correct it. We are happy to make adjustments as needed.
Each guard is made to the exact specifications of the athlete's impression. The impression materials contained in the impression kit are not reusable. No refunds or exchanges will be made.
Due to the fact that the architecture of each person's mouth is different, exact placement of any logo/name/number is not guaranteed. Our craftsmen will place them as close as possible given what's presented to them in your impression/model.
As a purchaser you agree and accept the following. The Impact Protection LLC., mouth guard/Night Guard is not a Dental Device as defined by O.C.G.A. and shall not be used as such. The product is provided as is, without any guarantees or warranty. In connection with the product, Impact Protection, LLC makes no warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, of title, or of non-infringement of third party rights. Use of the product by a user is at the user’s risk. If you are undergoing fixed orthodontic treatment, have braces, loose teeth or bridgework you should not take an impression of your teeth.
As a purchaser you agree and accept the following. All images, photos, videos you provide can be used for any purpose Impact chooses.
Unless special arrangements are made all orders will ship via USPS. In order to deliver your custom mouthguard there are three incidences of shipping that must take place. There is a flat fee for shipping in the USA that includes the expense for all three shipments listed below (Outside of USA - 2 shipments are included). In the USA, You will receive in your package, a postage paid label that should be affixed to your box dropped off in any USPS box or post office.
Orders for impression kits placed prior to 2:00PM will generally be shipped the same day they are ordered. In the event your order is made after 2:00PM, over a weekend or during a holiday the kit will be shipped the next business day.
First-Class Mail now includes tracking information at no additional charge. The estimated delivery time for First-Class Mail is five to seven days. Times increase greatly near holiday periods.
Unless otherwise arranged all International orders will be shipped via USPS First Class International Package Service. This service usually delivers in 15 -20 days dependent upon location. USPS does not provide a return shipping option so recipient will be responsible for the organization, cost and return of their impression back to Impact. USPS does not provide tracking for International orders. If you prefer faster service with tracking we will utilize DHL or FedEx for the shipments. Additional costs will apply.
Impressions/Models of your teeth that are in your possession may be sent to Impact to facilitate the production of your mouthguard/Night Guard. Impact will not be held responsible for the condition or the whereabouts of your impression/model and will NOT return your impression/model.
SHIPPING DISLCLAIMER: We want to make all our domestic and international buyers aware of the fact that Impact Mouthguards is not a mail service itself. We cannot guarantee any delivery time frames due to domestic conditions and international customs in each country handling packages differently. All we offer our international customers is the information in which each individual carrier offers us to share with our customers. Also, Impact Mouthguards is not responsible for any DUTY fees (if any) associated with your order. Impact Mouthguards IS NOT responsible for lost or stolen mail. We do not guarantee exact shipping times and dates.
