1. Prepare the Water 👇

• Start by boiling some water.

2. Position the Mouthguard 👇

• Place your QuickFIT mouthguard in a glass bowl.

3. Pour the Water 👇

• Once the water is boiling, carefully pour it over the mouthguard and let it sit for about 25 seconds.

4. Mold the Guard 👇

• After 25 seconds, carefully remove the mouthguard. It will be soft, so gently bite down on it to create the mold.

5. Ensure a Perfect Fit 👇

• Bite down and suck the water out. Use your fingers to press around the outside of your mouth to help the guard fit into your gums.

6. Set the Mold 👇

• Keep the mouthguard in your mouth for at least 1 minute, allowing it to cool and set.

7. Finish Up 👇

• Remove the guard, rinse it with cold water, and it’s ready to use.
